i just purchased this tv and after first setup, samsung plus app was not working after some time and then i try to all possible option to connect or download any new app but it was not working. i called samsung custome care and they suggest to use your mobile data to download and that was really frustrating. somehow i download a few apps through mobile data. i move my wifi and connect the wire connection now few of the applications are working but i am still getting "server is currently under maintenance" this is a false message and i am not getting the same message from mobile data. wall mount instructions for screws are not clear. i check this all from home depot but none of them are working so the screw size is not clear. i am planning to return and bought the other brand.

my screen starting flickering after 11 months of use. i tried to get the year warranty, turns out it doesn't start from the day of purchase smh so it was expired. i love the tv its the best tv i've had but super upset didn't even last the year.

We love it better than the other 4K T.V. we purchase of another brand Hisense 4K in 2018 it didn't offer any free T.V. channels like you have with Samsung Plus which makes us feel good about. Also they didn't have the Bluetooth connection like This T.V. come's with love and will recommend to anyone wanting something new and better experience life in a new bolder wonderful Samsung 4K picture love a lot. Works well with my Apple TV. I was able to set it up quickly and my Samsung profile has all my settings from the prior TV. Very quick set up, no brainer. The Apple TV set up just worked. I now only use the Apple TV remote to interact with the TV. Sometimes I only use my phone.

Great picture and viewing angles, have no complaints when looking at this tv from anywhere in the room. Sound is also more than acceptable for my usage. The only real complaint I have is the UI is a bit sluggish moving around menus and between apps. Also it does seem to lose connection to my wifi more frequently than any other device I use in the house. Overall very happy with the purchase and would recommend.

This tv is so nice and crystal clear. The sound quality is good also unlike a previous TV that I had where you had to turn the sound up high during a show/program but quickly turn it down when the commercials came on. It was quick to set up as well. The one thing that could be a little better is the remote. It doesn't light up and is difficult to see at night.

I love that the Samsung remote programs to cable service equipment. We have used it to controll our xfinity cable equipment. If I had any negative comments, it would be that there is not enough hdmi inputs. Picture is ok, it don't look like the store display, that's the reason for the 4 stars. I also feel like the more I need to type in this review the more negative it will get, so to have a minimum number of characters is a bit daunting and redundant.

I spent an embarrassing amount of time looking for a tv for my living room. Putting TVs into my cart, reading reviews for an hour, then emptying my cart. Rinse and repeat. Then I saw this Samsung for a cheaper than most price and I was like "nah, no way". Yup-right price, great size, and it has everything I was looking for- 4K and a smart TV. I didn't feel like I settled and the picture quality is GREAT. I could see the difference and I'm really happy with it. The speakers are actually really good, I still went with my sound bar but if I didn't have it I probably wouldn't even need it to be honest

My 70" review

I bought to make easier for the family to have every app in one location instead of going to three different set-top devices to view streaming apps. And I like the the size of it and the control is simple to use. I have not tried my Xbox yet but from the looks of the graphic from streaming movies, I bet playing All my Halo game will be interesting on the big screen. The colors are very vibrant, rich in texture and the the right luminous colors compare to other TV brand I love the one I bought. The setup was a little fast but easy to use which I not complaining.

Exceptional picture quality and easy to set up

This is my first Samsung and I love it. Picture quality is excellent, the smart features are easy to use and setup. For a reasonably priced television, I would definitely recommend.
