I like it all its sleek design simple UI built-in Alexa convenient features fast response time and great CPU. Picture quality wise its pretty basic and better in bright scene but black or dark is not dark enough rather grey which is more visible especially in the dark scene.

I bought this LG UHD TV about a week and half ago. Delivery was a snap via Amazon. Box is huge so leave plenty of space to unpack it. The TV has a very sleek shape. Once I powered it on and set up Wifi picture etc the interface was unique. The remote works like a remote mouse of sorts. I bit of learning curve to use the remote point and click functions but otherwise its very simple. Beautiful picture and the size is amazing. Love how immersive it feels when I watch a movie or show. The sound is amazing as well. Very clear and loud if you turn it up to much. No need for a sound bar. I noticed that my Xbox HDMI channel sounds and looks even better when I switch over to using Xbox console. The gaming fine tuning works great when I play GTA or COD. Awesome TV overall. Very glad I purchased. And the price on Amazon is a bargain. Love it.

Nice Features but Difficult to Set Up

Have had TV for 2 weeks and the picture is great. I wanted something I could use Bluetooth on and it works well. System difficult to setup initially apps and terms would not load. Had to have geek squad come out and help me setup. Very few instructions included.

I bought this TV about a month ago. Being older it was hard for me to set up. I called customer service at least 3 time with no help at all. One time I was speaking with a rep and he asked me it we could hand up for him to analyze the situation and he would call me right back.....NOT TV works very well now that I had to pay someone to set it up. I love it the picture quality is supper.

I won this television from a sweepstakes. Overall Im pretty happy with it. The color is a little brighter than I like coming from an old plasma but the picture is clear. The remote is a little weird and is hard to get used to switch the scroll wheel.

TV features and video quality are great. Its a little heavier than expected compared to my 60 So make sure you have a good wall mount in studs if mounting it. The smart remote takes some time to get used to and doesnt really enhance anything

Have used this new TV now for 2 wks. Was easy to set up easy to use with both provided remote and ThinQ remote on my phone. The addition of apps could be improved as can not get ESPN+ app on the TV so had to add a ROKU device to add some wanted apps. I did pair with LG sound wireless sound bar for wonderful full room experience. Picture is very good and the LG channels are great new alternative to existing cable.

After so many different tvs to pick I did my research and got the LG because of the magic remote which has a voice control feature for my mom who has poor eyesight. Very user friendly and she loves it and a gorgeous picture having very slim profile. This tv is like a big computer which is cool but also a bit confusing. I really wanted to use the Art Gallery feature in he menu to download home pics for viewing however that feature is nowhere to be found. Manual included is very sparse and I opened the pdf one for more help but not much there. Maybe will have to use a flash drive as there is a USB port handy to see photos.

If the volume keeps going out and l have to keep unplugging the electrical power to the TV and pressing the button on the bottom of the TV to reset it to get audio again l will be very displeased in this TV and will have wished l bought a different brand.
