- This site is best viewed with Internet Explorer 4,
your display setting at 800 X 600 and 256
colors.
- If you have a monitor smaller than 15", or your
display setting is 640 X 480, you may notice
graphics and text wrapping around your screen giving you a distorted
format view.
- If you have a monitor smaller than 15", and your
display setting is 1024 X 768, you may find some of
the text hard to read.
- Site Usability Issues
- Use the "Back Button" on your browser to go
back to the previous page. The "UP" button in
the top menu bar directs you to the parent page. It is
not always the previous page.
- Hyperlinks are color coded so you can tell what pages you have been to
already. If you see a Hyperlink that is Blue,
you have NOT visited that page. If you see a Hyperlink
that is Grey, you have already been there.

- To change your Display Setting
on a Windows '95 or NT 4 computer, follow these steps.
- Click Start, then Settings,
then Control Panel.
- Double click the icon that says Display.
- Click the tab on top that says Settings.
- Move the Slide Bar
labeled Desktop Area to 800 X 600
Pixels.
- Click Apply. Your system
tells you to verify the change before it will take effect. If you do
not accept all the way through the change, your settings will
automatically change back after 15 seconds. In some cases you may
need to restart your computer.
- To change your Color Setting on
a Windows '95 or NT 4 computer, follow these steps.
- Click Start, then Settings,
then Control Panel.
- Double click the icon that says Display.
- Click the tab on top that says Settings.
- Use the area labeled Color Palette to
change to a setting of 256 or higher.
- Click Apply. Your system
tells you to verify the change before it will take effect. If you do
not accept all the way through the change, your settings will
automatically change back after 15 seconds. In some cases you may
need to restart your computer.
